Coach Thorpe's work on ESPN always taught you something and here he offers plenty of insight too. The stories about players he's transformed--Kevin Martin, Luol Deng, and Udonis Haslem-- are the best parts of the book. A nice complement to other books on talent, growth mindset and grit.

As a person who lives in the other side of the world universe gave me a chance to work with him. It was a glimpse but he made me feel like I can reach any goal that I truly want.Last year when I started to read this book I instantly remembered many things that I forget and learned many details and shared with my team.
