Short and to the point, makes it a case that protein is killing us and toxins in the body will kill you if you fast incorrectly. It's all made sense and I've lost about 25 pounds. I use to be a meat eater. Now vegan. If you actually followed this book, you can get dangerously skinny. I show it to anyone who needs weight loss. Best thing about this book is that is has a list of mucusless foods to try. I found a bunch I've never tried but like now.
Be careful. This man Arnold Ehret has a very powerful system. I posted that I love it because I know it works, I know he discovered something amazing. But Don't just jump into it like I did. I have been very ill now for over a month because of this system and have thrown my body into total and complete chaos. I have no doubt that it works extreamly effectively, but go slow and pay for the guidance from someone who knows what there doing. This system has almost killed me.
I'd never really gotten into "natural" remedies and things in the past because I thought they were strange. I didn't think that taking supplements and vitamins would make sense if you were eating well. But this is nothing like the "natural remedy" stuff that pushes a bunch of expensive pills. This cuts all of that stuff out and deals directly with the quality of one's diet. Highly recommend this to everyone.

this book is a gold mine!! I am a fairly new practitioner and I have recently had surgery on my intestines and reproductive system due to mucus related dis-eases. And mind you I was a vegan for 10 yrs prior and still had complications and pain even though I followed diets that were taught through Gary null, all the way to queen afua . i am healing faster without meds and i am pain free and i am only 4 weeks out of surgery .this book will help you to master becoming your most cleanest optimal self ,master your emotions ,slow down the ageing process, and gain control over your sexlife.there are a few out there whom have practiced this diet similarly such as annete Larkins, dr. sebi and even rapper left eye and have had wonderful results but if you want optimal results read this book and practice the diet fully you wont go wrong.
